P0140 - 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
The causes for a P0140 code are few and unless the wire/s has been damaged, replacing the sensor is usually the smartest thing to do.
Engine control relay - circuit malfunction ...Wiring, engine control relay ... replace relay change o2 sensor if you can afford it if not check wire from sensor to connector.

Procedures require the use of a good OBD II scanner.
If you have the money, you can try replacing the sensor to see if it clears the code. It's easy to replace.
