Alarm wont stop sounding and car will not start unless i pull the fuse

I would check every single fuse in the car. Blown fuses can cause weird issues like this. While the initial issue with the mechanic does sound like an alarm problem....the rest does not unless the shop that installed it really butchered the job.

My vue wont start and the battery is good and my alarm system wont stop...

Check your fuses. It varies from car to car but you may have a fuse dedicated only to the horn unit. In that case you can just pull the fuse without affecting anything else..

Other than that you will need to pull the wiring connectors off the horn unit and tape them up to keep any moisture and dirt out. Hopefully that will not trigger any issue with the security system.

although you can open the door with a key ,unless the alarm system senses a fob key signal it will assume that the door is being opened illegally and will set of the alarm
keys can be cut for all cars requiring a key fob unit but the alarm is not cancelled and the engine will not start
you may have to get another key fob and have it programmed to the ECM system

the wire from the horn is part of an imobiliser so it wont start replace wire it sounds like imobiliser battery or alarm pad if wont turn off

First you have to determine what the sound/alarm is coming from. If you have no clue, you can always pull one fuse at a time until the sound/alarm stops. Then look up what that fuse controls and you have a place to start troubleshooting what is wrong.

Sure the door lock is bad maybe. with the fuses in and the doors clsed try the other locks some jeeps only reset with the hatch lock as all the others are worn out or don't detect tha t the door is closed

find the fuse for the alarm and pull it out tha=is should solve it, but means you have no alarm

is it a stock alarm.
