SOURCE: Wire color scheme for alternator plug.

ok ric , now the tensioner , notice a 15mm bolt head on the tensioner pulley , put a wrench on that 15mm head and turn clockwise , that will unload the tensioner , install your belt according to the belt wrap picture under the hood , release tensioner , and you should be good to go . however ,,,,,
last thing , there are like 5 fuses involved in this circuit , 1.) a 120 amp fuse in the fuse block , left side of engine compartment , 2.) a 60 amp fuse in the same place as #1 , 3.) a 7.5 amp fuse in the relay box - left side of engine compartment , 4.) a 7.5 amp in the left side of dash fuse panel , and 5.) another 7.5 amp fuse in the same panel as #4 . sure is a very well protected circuit ..

good job

SOURCE: how do i install a new headlight assembly on a

Simply remove the plastic cover over the headlights and radiator. This is easy to remove by removing the plastic clips. On the headlamp assembly, there are three bolts that need to removed, two under the plastic cover and one at the top of the fender. Once this is done, gently pull it out, it will tend to hold onto the fender as it is grooved to do this...then reverse the steps to reinstall the headlight assembly

There is a clip that pries up with small flathead screwdriver. The harness and bulb are held in lens with a plastic ring that screws on and off.

Wiring pigtail input speed sensor on my 2000 sonata. The new plug came with three white wires but the wires from car are different colors. color wiring diagram ?

the connector is the same on both the old harness and the new pigtail. As long as you orientate the connectors the same way you just match up the wires. let me try to explain it this way. If you hold the old connector so the part that holds the connector to the sensor is facing up. Hold the new connector exactly the same way. cut the left wire on both and connect the new connector wire to the old wiring harness. Then cut the center wire and connect them. then cut the right wire and connect. No wiring diagram needed.

One thing I will add is to stagger the new connections. Meaning do nut cut them at the place. Cut one wire then cut the next about an inch or so further and then cut the next about an inch or so further than that. This will prevent the new connections from potentially shorting to each other and will keep the harness from becoming really bulky with all the but connectors in the same location.

The wiring at the O2 sensor melted the O2 sensor plug in to .. i need to no the the color of the matched wire from the harness to the O2 sensor since the plug is gone , on the front passenger O2 to the...

There should be 2 ways of doing this. Get a portion of the wiring harness off a wreck or see if Ford can get you a new wire. Someone else may know more about this but some wires have heating elements in them and some may have resistance in the wiring. A plain wire would not be the same.

I lost my key to my lexus and now i need a key i have another key but it does not start the car it only opens the car thank u

If you lost the only key you had, then go to the Lexus dealer. You have to show them a picture ID, and the car ownership (TITLE). Is going to cost you, so it is a good idea to call them upfront.
Another option is buying a key blank transponder chip on line at:

2003 LEXUS LX470 Key blank (Transponder Key) must be cut and programmed before it will work for your vehicle. Cutting and programming can be performed at an automotive locksmith shop or your local dealership. There are no onboard programming instructions available for 2003 LEXUS LX470 chip key. Only a professional with special tools can make it work for your vehicle.

My boyfriend is trying to install a cd player in my '94 cougar and there's this big grey wire thats taped up with the smaller colored wires. he dicided to cut the little plug thng off of the grey wire and...

Generally, the way I put an aftermarket cd-player in, is to use a new 'harness adapter' that connects to the old harness and has all of the wires color coded and labeled for easy installation of a new radio using wire nuts. I wouldn't try to cut into the existing harness, without knowing what was what.

What's the 'little plug thing' off of the grey wire?

I recently removed dash to get to my door blend actuator, got the new one in but when i was putting dash back I smashed one of the speedometter wire harness clips...anyone know a part number on this?...

I do not know what part number it is, but you can cut this connector from a wrecked vehicle and then remove the pins, noting there location, to remove the pins you will have to use a jewelers screwdriver to push in the connector and release the locking tabs, do the same to yours, be careful not to break the locking tabs that lock the wire ends inside the connector, then push your wires into that connector to repair, or you can cut the wire long on the wrecked one and then barrel splice the connections to your harness, use heat shrink on each splice connection to ensure that moisture does not become a problem. Hope this helps, let me know.
