First look in the driver's manual or on the fuse box cover to see what this fuse controls. Then start with the item in question and visually trace the wires as far as possible. Almost certainly, you will find a a worn/defective cable touching something that goes to earth

SOURCE: All Side Light Fuses Keep Blowing On My Landrover Discovery 1994

Look at the wires behind your marker light, especially at the back where there are more stones hitting. You probably have a bare wire or two.

Why do I keep blowing Fuse 11?

A fuse blows when the current in the circuit exceeds its capacity. Your best bet is to get a hold of the schematic and look at all of the devices within the circuit for fuse 11.

Items not in that loop will not be responsible for the anomaly so do not waste time.

#11 fuse on 01 lincoln ls goes to

Hi Aaron, I'm glad to help!

Aaron, anytime a fuse blows in any circuit its because that CIRCUIT has a dead short to ground somewhere in that circuit. You need to find out everything that fuse 11 goes too. Once you know all the components that circuit 11 goes to you'll need to unplug one component at a time until the fuse does not blow and replace that component (PART). NOTE: If after checking each part one at a time and the fuse still blows, then its time to check the wiring going to each individual component because it is shorting out somewhere against a metal object. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Aaron.

2002 pt cruiser fuse #11 blown

According to my diagram, number 11 is a 10amp fuse that powers the ac clutch relay. I don't see how it would keep the engine from starting.
Is the fuse you are talking about in the engine compartment box and is it a 10amp ?
