Car stalls when waiting at light or AC is running and car is hot. Changed spark plugs and added high octane gas and lucas fuel system cleaner
Get your engine scanned for error codes. That will help you figure out where to look first. Many auto parts stores will scan your vehicle for you.
No to the high octane gas. Regular gas is fine. Higher octane gas is more resistant to ignition and is better suited for high compression engines to prevent preignition and detonation. Check or replace your idle air control valve since the car stall at idle when the throttle blade is closed. If the IAC is not working it won't allow for air to bypass the throttle plate. Also have your throttle body cleaned.

it is likely the EGR Valve. If you are going to replace it, make sure that it is the exact valve for your car. Take the Vehicile ID number with you to get the exact Valve.Although they may look exactly the same, your car might not run with another EGR. they are caliberated to the engine and it has to be exact.

I would check your intake gasket. Get your self ome carb cleaner in a spray form/can and perfrom this test. Run the car and spray the carb cleaner on your intake gasket which is right by your injectors. So pretty nuch spray it at the injector rail and listen fot change in idle, If the idle changes, the intake gasket is torn and you are running lean, because of a vaccum leak. Common problem on your model car. Perform test and let me know what you find.

2002 nissan altima, accelerator , gauges, and power steering stops working. Engine continues to run and radio is working. Pull over and stop, then restart car and it runs fine for a while??

I have same/similar problem.... if this problem happens off and on... runs well one day and next day is jerky-stalling then it's more than likely your airflow meter
