It looks like a failure in the theft deterrent system, but Trailvoys contain Passlock security, not PassKey. Passlock consists of a hall-effect sensor and tamper resistor within the ignition cylinder housing, while the PassKey system uses a transponder in the ignition key head.

Passlock isn't affected by contamination of the key, but there are a number of things that can cause it to fail - high or low voltages, problems with the Passlock circuits, module communication failures...
Your best bet is to have the diagnostic trouble codes pulled - there are at least eight associated with Passlock failure

I have a 04 gmc envoy xuv unknown driver message no security light will not start battery was bad got new one tryed passlock reset stills say unknown driver no start

It's a short in the instrument cluster.
I had the same problem with my 2004 XUV.
It started in early December of 2007.
Intermittent manifestations, than more persistent.
Took it to the GMC Dealer --
Of course, the Truck wouldn't do it's tricks for the Tech.
They replaced the ignition switch and sent me home.
It got progressively worse.
I waited until I was sure it would do it for the tech.
Took it back in to GMC Dealer--
It's a short in the instrument cluster.
They needed to replace the entire cluster.
I bought an extended warranty when I bought the truck.
The warranty is still in effect --
So I only had to pay the $100 deductible.
No Idea what it might cost otherwise.

P1237 fuel pump driver module

Have you checked the fuel shutoff switch? it's a safety device to shut off fuel flow in case of severe front or rear impacts, but sometimes it just trips for unknown reasons. It's behind the liner on the driver's side of the trunk. Look at the round opening on top: if you can see that the red button is setting level with top of the switch it has been activated. To reset it, push the button back down until it "clicks" into place (usually 1/2 inch down or so). If it has been activated and the button will not reset the unit must be replaced, and it is a dealer only item.

Unknown driver

Have the key unit checked as the immobiliser is not recognizing you key transponder. Check for flat battery in the key.

Power windows and door locks not working

replace the fuse,,, try operating the passenger window from the switch on the passenger door.. see if the fuse fails again...the rain wouldn't normally be a problem, these are designed to operate in wet conditions unless the thing was literally water logged.
