SOURCE: air conditioner blower motor resister on dodge grand caravan

in my 2004 grand caravan it's behind the glove box and left of the blower motor. disconnect the wires first then remove the 2 screws to pull out the resistor unit. First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help

SOURCE: locating heater blower motor resistor

the resistor is behind your glove box. open the box and push in the sides to release it and let it hang down...the resistor is right there. I didn't try to replace it, a friend did it, but the part was under $20.

Can anyone tell me the location of heater blower motor on 1993 dodge spirit?

Under passenger side dash. My info says you have to remove glove-box assembly to get at it. Even then, you will have to remove part of blower housing to get at the blower motor. Heck, I even gave you the link for step by step removal, if the link worked.

Autozone.com has info for removal, if your sure the blower motor is faulty.

Can i use a 1993 dodge shadow ecm in a 1994 dodge shadow, same motor?

With most Chrysler ECM, They are very specific. You will want to compare the product codes on each computer. In some cases the ECM can be flashed to a specific vehicle. But if the codes are the flash codes are the same, you should be good to go.

Diagram for the placement of the fan blower motor in a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 truck

From autozone.com
2003-04 Vehicles

CAUTION On vehicles equipped with airbags, disable the airbag system before attempting any steering wheel, steering column, or instrument panel component diagnosis or service. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative (ground) cable, then wait two minutes for the airbag system capacitor to discharge before performing further diagnosis or service. This is the only sure way to disable the airbag system. Failure to take the proper precautions could result in an accidental airbag deployment, possible personal injury or death.

NOTE The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle under the instrument panel. The blower motor can be removed from the vehicle without having to remove the HVAC housing.
  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor.
  3. Remove the three screws that secure the blower motor to the HVAC housing.
  4. Remove the blower motor from the HVAC housing by rotating and tilting the blower motor as needed for clearance.

    To install:
    1. Align and install the blower motor into the HVAC housing.
    2. Install the three screws that secure the blower motor to the HVAC housing. Tighten the screws to 20 inch lbs. (2.2 Nm).
    3. Connect the wire harness connector to the blower motor.
    4. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
