Just the a/c ? Check to see if you can get heat from the front. If the fan is not blowing check to see if you have power to the cabin fan. This can be tested with a digital multimeter let me know what you find.
If you are referring to the A/C fan, I would check the fuse. More than likely that is all that is wrong. If not, then you will have to have the switch and the actual A/C blower motor itself tested.
Good Luck!
There is a resistor panel that controls the fan speeds behind the glove box on the dash. You remove the glove box and you will see the airbox. Sitting down in the left top, with 2 screws holding it in, will be the resistor panel. It consists of 4 springs and a resistor. All out of veiw, inside the airbox. Remove the 2 screws and unplug the plug. Pull out the old resistor and replace with the new one. It only cost around $15-20 bucks at the local auto part store. This will get your fan blowing. If your fan is blowing but the air is not cold, I would suggest to check and see if the compressor clutch is working properly. If not, try giving it a light tap while running. If it is working, you may want to recharge your freon.
the electric fan should switch on at a stop at idle for the condensor to disapate the heat. If the fan doesnt come on not enough air flow will keep the system hot. A low freon level will compound this issue.

I have the same problem with my 2001 Tahoe. The front blower is working, its blowing strong, but its cold air even with the temp setting as high as it can get. The rear blows hot air. The engine temp guage is at about 210ish which is close to being normal (220). I just replaced the thermostate a few months ago, I don't know if its bad again, or it I deluted the antifreeze too much and it frooze the heater core, or if the heater core just went bad. Any one know what the cause could be?
