SOURCE: clunking on the passanger side in the front end
Have your C?V joints checked. Likely this is where the problem is coming from. Sometimes if the joint is excessively worn, lifting the vehicle changes the position of the joint enough to make the problem noticible (suspension travels much further when lifting than during normal operation) A joint in good condition will not do this. I can't be 100% on this because I can't see it, but I have seen this happen before.

could be anything and yet everything ,from a spare wheel not bolted down to a loose marble in the panelling ,i would suggest that you ask a local mechanic to have a ride to make sure its not serious like a shock absorber mount or a spring but without a drive i defy anyone to know exactly from this description
