Replace starter fuse

That would be afirst. There is no such thing as a starter fuse. Starter motors draw more than 100 amps so they are wired direct from battery ground to the starter, from battery positive to starter soliniod, from starter soliniod to starter motor.

Car used to be hit and miss with turning over, now it wont at all. Also when it would turn over it wouldnt start as quickly as it should.

check ur spark at the spark plugs and spark plug wires check ur fuel filter and and fuel pump if the car is not turning over at all you might want to check the starter if u hit the soliniod with a hammer or a metal rod you might get the soliniod unstuck and you will probably get it to start.
