Where is the fuel cut off soliniod - 1988 Mitsubishi Pajero

diesels are hard to start if
the crank speed is too slow--- fully charge the batteries
the injector /s /tips need replacing---squirting not atomizing
there is air in the fuel system

Change the soliniod on the fuel cut off or check it has power to it ,it is located on the pump.

if your referring to transmission control module ,its on side or top of tranny.

That would be afirst. There is no such thing as a starter fuse. Starter motors draw more than 100 amps so they are wired direct from battery ground to the starter, from battery positive to starter soliniod, from starter soliniod to starter motor.

Hv yr coil and soliniod chkd. Also chk fuel filter, maybe replace. cheers

It sounds like your lock soliniod is cutting out . Try replacing drivers side first .This may solve your problem

check ur spark at the spark plugs and spark plug wires check ur fuel filter and and fuel pump if the car is not turning over at all you might want to check the starter if u hit the soliniod with a hammer or a metal rod you might get the soliniod unstuck and you will probably get it to start.

bad starter soliniod. replece soliniod contact . or replace soliniod complete.

i would have to say to check for a relay in your fuse boxes for power steering pressre switch or it may have its own police pkgs have a lot of relays due to all the extras
