Get one from an auto salvage yard. It should fit from a Cavalier or Sunfire from 98-00.
The price there will be hundreds, maybe thousands less than from a dealership.
There are no aftermarket sourses.

The fuses are located just inside the door frame on the driver side. Open the door and look at the side of the dash. That cover comes off and there is the fuse panel.
Most local muffler shop will inspect the exhaust for you for free and if it's just a broken hanger, they can replace it for around $45.00. You could always go to the auto parts store and buy a new hanger, but your going to have to get under the car and remove any old parts left over from the old hanger and place the new one. Look for a junkyard around that sells the window or buy one online for dirt cheap and then put it in yourself. It is not that hard just time consuming.
The O2 sensor after the Catalytic converter has gone bad or the converter it self. Lets start with the simple and replace the cheaper of the two but before you do that, check the wire harness where the O2 sensor clips on to the wire harness at the frame. Look for any damage to the clip such as corrosion or broken wire. Good luck and hope this helps.
It is very likely the fuel pump in the gas tank has failed check the fuel pressure, u do this at the test port on the top of the engine near the fuel injector supply tube, it looks like a metal tire stem.
Hi if you have the metal intake there is a torx screw adjustment behind the plastic cover for throttle cable. in = more idle rpm and out =less rpm hope this helps
