I THINK THEY MAY HAVE DAMAGED THE PLUG WIRE BOOTS, TAKE A LOOK AT THEM AND SEE IF THE RUBBER BOOTS ARE TORN OR DAMAGED, CHEAP TUNE-UP SHOPS ARE FAMOUS FOR CAUSING THIS KIND OF DAMAGE, THERE IS A SPECIAL TOOL TO REMOVE THE WIRES WHICH GET STUCK TO THE PLUGS, MANY YOUNG KIDS DO THE WORK BUT DON'T EVEN KNOW THE TOOL EXISTS.

I had the same issue i changed the fuel fillter it was a little dirty but not bad. Still had problem then i cleaned out the throtel it worked good for a while. Ended up replacing the throtel its about $250 if you do it yourself which is not hard to do. The problem is the electronic throtel control but you have to replace the whole thing not sold seperatly hope that helps. Been running great did that 15,000 miles ago.
