Typing is all CAPITALS is considered shouting and rude. It is also difficult to read!
Did you check for Diagnostic Trouble codes (DTCs). Have you disconnected the battery or let it run flat. This has all the hallmarks of an immobilizer lock out.
WHEN YOU INSTALL NEW LOCK CYLINDER, TURN THE KEY TO THE LOCK POSITION. INSERT THE LOCK CYLINDER INTO THE HOUSING FAR ENOUGH TO CONTACT THE DRIVE SHAFT FORCE IT INWARD AND MOVE THE IGNITION SWITCH ACTUATOR ROD UP AND DOWN TO ALIGN THE COMPONENTS. WHEN THE COMPONENTS ALIGN, THE CYLINDER WILL MOVE INWARD AND THE SPRING LOADED RETAINER WILL SNAP INTO PLACE LOCKING THE LOCK CYLINDER IN THE HOUSING.
are you getting power to coils, if not it could be the ignition switch, one major sign of a bad switch is dash lights go off. vehicle may crank but not start,no current to fuel pump, stalling, failure to start.
Check the MAP sensor. To see if this is the problem, assuming that the Jeep won't start but is turning over, unplug the MAP sensor and then plug it back in. If you can start it now, the MAP sensor needs to be replaced. The MAP sensor is located in the engine compartment, where the firewall meets the body at the top of the engine compartment, on the driver's side. Good luck. check map sensor first!
Remove lower instrument panel trim. remove 2 steering column to dash/brake support nuts and lower steering column. remove screws holding ignition switch to column and lift switch off of lock rod. first remove black harness connector, then remove white connector from switch.
Insert the key in the lock cylinder and turn it to the ON position.

Remove the key warning buzzer switch and contacts AS AN ASSEMBLY using needle-nosed pliers, or a paper clip with a 90° bend.

steering columns may have a retaining screw holding the lock cylinder
in the column. When servicing this type, simply remove the retaining

With the ignition switch still in the ON
position, insert a thin screwdriver into the slot adjacent to the
switch attaching screw boss (right-hand slot). Depress the spring latch
located at the bottom of the slot to release the lock cylinder.
To install the lock cylinder, turn the key to the LOCK
position. Insert the lock cylinder in to the housing far enough to
contact the drive tang. Force it inward and move the ignition switch
actuator rod up and down to align the components. When the components
align, the cylinder will move inward and the spring-loaded retainer
will snap into place locking the lock cylinder in the housing.
If the lock cylinder is retained by a screw, tighten the screw to 40 inch lbs. (5 Nm).
Install the key warning buzzer switch.
Follow the ignition switch installation procedures to adjust the ignition switch.
Install the turn signal switch.
