Why is my ac not blowing hard thru the vents?

the mode selector is often vacuum controlled. a simple leaky vacuum line can stop proper vent operation. the plastic hoses become brittle so small cracks can appear. can be tough to find.

blend door might need to be replaced

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

The problem is either an actuator or the door associated with it. Sometimes the gear strips, especially when the system goes thru a recalibrate after power has been removed and reapplied. Below is a diagram of the locations of the actuators.

I think your problem is the head unit that selects where the air comes out ie. Face, floor, defrost, or hi-level face and floor. If that's not working then it will not let you switch location that you want the air to come out.

Sounds like a blend door problem. The vacuum from the engine opens and closes the door that directs air flow thru the vents.
I would guess the door is stuck in the middle of the range or something is blocking it.
The blend door(s) is behind the glove box.

There is a directional vent door actuator motor not working,the dash will have to be removed to replace it.If this was at all helpful,please rate,thank you.

check your vent adjuster switch

the AC venting is crossed. If ,at one point, you had this serviced they may have taken the vent hoses off the clean them and re-connected them wrong.
Most maintainance of AC
's recommend hoses be flushed out and backflushed to keep them working proper. Or the system was changed from freon to an alternate R chemicle.

it sounds like a vacuume motor that is out or going out also check all vacuume lines for cracks
