check your entire cooling system for leaks including water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, even your coolant reservoir. leaks are rough man sorry for your frustration.
to change the coolant in any engine you need to firstly remove the bottom radiator hose when the engine is cold not when the engine is hot and drain the whole system. You then need to get some coolant from your local supplier and it will tell you on the container the proper ratio of water to cool it. Once you have put to cool it in top up the system with clean water.Regards
milky oil in commodore enigine or any engine is the sign off leaking head gaskets or cracked cylinder heads and the coolant and oil are mixing which is the cause of the milky coloured oil
