Should be under the dash on the drivers side.

Probably in the fuel tank.

check if new engine is same old engine in all components,
if your engine is an 2az ,2.4L , the camshaft sensor its located on rear engine head , near the refrigerant outlet

It can be low fuel pressure issue or clogged fuel pump. Or its engine related issues,---------------

Costing approximately $330.00 just ensure your transmission service technician is using the Toyota recommended oil which is "WS"
World standard and nothing different.
