Bad blower motor ? First unplug connector at blower motor , use test light to check for electric power is getting to it, if there's power to it. This will also eliminate your fuse , relay or wiring to blower motor. You could use a jumper wires from your battery to check the blower motor also . You could try this first , if you like. Let us know how it comes out. Have a Blessed Day.. Luther.

Why would my blower, vent, defrost, ac and heater just quit blowing air?

There are several possible reasons why your blower, vent, defrost, AC, and heater might stop blowing air:

1. Blower Motor Failure: The blower motor is responsible for blowing the air through the vents. If the blower motor fails, you will not get any airflow from the vents.
2. Blower Motor Resistor Failure: The blower motor resistor controls the speed of the blower motor. If the resistor fails, the blower motor may stop working or only work at one speed.
3. Fuse or Relay Failure: A blown fuse or faulty relay in the blower motor circuit can prevent the blower motor from working.
4. Control Module Failure: The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) control module is responsible for controlling the blower motor and other components. If the control module fails, it can prevent the blower motor from working.
5. Vacuum Leak: If your vehicle uses a vacuum system to control the vents, a vacuum leak can prevent the system from working properly.
6. Broken Blend Door: The blend door controls the direction of the airflow. If the blend door breaks or gets stuck, the air may not flow through the correct vents.
7. Wiring or Connector Issues: Faulty wiring or connectors in the blower motor circuit can prevent the blower motor from working.

2003 trailblazer blower not working

Are you saying the blower motor would run intermittently and then just stopped working? My first thought is faulty blower motor, I've seen faulty blower motors that would run intermittently. Any motor that uses brushes, you can tap on the motor to see if it will start working, that is a sign of bad motor brushes, replace the blower motor. There could be other issues?
Did you check the blower fuse, not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use a test light. Check for applicable hvac trouble codes. With hvac on, check for voltage and ground at blower motor wiring connector, if both are good and no blower action, suspect the blower motor.

Blower motor works only when I move the connection-

It sounds like a bad contact between the motor and connector. Try to tighten the female side of the connector by squeezing the slots closed or if it is a pin style connector try some electrical contact grease to improve the connection.

When you have good contact between the connector and the blower motor it should work...if the blower still doesn't work... the poor electrical contact is inside the blower motor.

Heater stopped working suddenly, fuses are okay.

if your fan (blower motor) stopped working, more likely is the blower motor resistor, is locate it close to the blower motor. if the blower motor is ok, maybe your heater core is cloged.

The HVAC blower fan on my 2001 Pontiac Aztec stopped working on settings 1-3 several weeks ago. Last week it stopped working at setting 4 and today it stopped working all together. What is the most likely...

the blower not working on settings 1-3 is the blower motor resistor. this limits the power provided to the blower motor itself to change the speed. at setting 4 it is getting full power. since it quit on 4 also, i would still say the resistor needs to be replaced first, then see if the blower comes back. you may also need a blower motor. if you have a voltmeter you can just turn the switch to 4 and see if the motor is still getting 12 volts. if it is and doesn't run, it needs a blower motor too. if it's not, then its just the resistor

Blower stopped working.

Heater blower motor resister is bad, or blower motor its self is bad. Run 12 volts from an outside sourse to blower motor, if it runs its resister if not its blower motor.
