Remove the spark plug wires, remove the spark plugs, replace them. Do this one cylinder at a time if you never did it. On that year you may need to remove the upper intake to access the plugs on one side. In that case go to a shop. This would not be a novice job.

Follow the spark plug wires back from the ignition coil to the terminus. This is the spark plug boot. Disconnect the boot and use a spark plug socket (deepwell with a rubber stopper in back to protect the spark plug wire connection). Pull them out and install new using anti-seize on the threads. Replace your wires by matching the lengths with the old. Might want to do one wire to one plug at a time, that way, when you're done you've done both. Makes sure you have the right plugs in the right wires so that you don't cross firing order.

Replaced intake manifold in 1999 lincoln towncar now intermintent low rpm missing

My first guess would be a vac leak around one of the gaskets, or a hose is disconnected. A leaking gasket could change with the engine temp.

My 1998 lincoln towncar off-balance

Sounds like shocks/struts. Usually if they start sagging it's because of a problem in the suspension, like shocks or struts.
