If I wiggle the fuse 23 it puts the engine in reduce power mode why?

Fuse # 23 is for the ETC - electronic throttle control an that system is what causes reduced power mode . Don't wiggle the fuse .an then it won't take B+ voltage from the throttle control system . Is the fuse box where it plugs into burnt looking , high resistance will cause that . Does the fuse fit tight in it's socket ? If not spread the contacts so it does . If it doesn't do it unless you wiggle it , leave it a lone !

Automatic transmission not shifting gears

Replacing any fuse after it has blown ,your almost
guaranteed it will blow again

At least you know the circuit with the problem

Now you go to factory wiring diagrams, to see what that
fuse controls & do some testing

Have to have wiring diagrams,be able to read them & know
basic electricity & be able to test your vehicle, then you have
to be able to continue on with professional tools, once the fuse
issue is resolved, if the fuse keeps blowing every few days

You could have wiring issues, more likely inside the trans in the oily
environment ,you could have solenoid or module failure or mechanical trans issues

I would say you can't resolve at home, need professional help

Find out what the #23 fuse is for. Then check out this device or function, it may have a problem that is causing the fuse to blow.

Ac fuse blowing on 02 Grand Prix tested ac compressor cool and only get 1.4 ohms cold is that good?

Not sure I am following your story. Is it the 10amp clutch fuse number 23 ?
And are you saying the resistance across the clutch plug is 1.4 ohms ? And does the fuse blow as soon as you plug the compressor clutch in ?

My air conditioner on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata runs for a couple of days and then blows a fuse. What causes the fuses to blow?

a bad relay will arc on the inside causing increased amp flow. Try replacing the ac relay. $23 for a compressor relay from rockauto.com. This all depends on which fuse is blowing. a wire shorting to ground will just as easily blow a fuse.
