SOURCE: nissan almera seldom cutting off in traffic. no

I would need a lot more info to help narrow this problem down for you. It could be just about anything.
Does the engine light come on before the engine stalls?
If so you need to scan it at that time before you cycle the key off and then restart the car.
Cycling the key is resetting the ECU and you are loosing the codes that may have been there.
It seems to be an intermittent problem, that means it will be even harder to find. Sometimes I have to wait till the problem is constant before I can fix it.
Things to check would be the battery and charging system, records for the car's maintenance history (tune-ups, complete), Mileage on the car, Level and color of antifreeze and engine oil. Good luck, let me know if I can help anymore.

Hi there please can you help me as I got a new car but the radio is not working as it needs a code.. The car is a nissan almera and The radio is a SY712 please can you assist me with a code thanx

Hi Jan, The codes are anti theft devices and are unique to each vehicle. If it is not recorded in the user manual (maybe a separate manual for the radio) ask your dealer for it. Regards and happy new year John

Cd code

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service
