I replaced fuel pump relay- car started right away. Changed cap and rotor- now no spark?
SOURCE: NO FUEL GOING TO ENGINE, BUT ENGINE WANTS TO TURN OVER
Hi
Have you flushed out all of the old unleaded fuel from the system and fitted a new fuel filter? Unleaded fuel only lasts for a very short while before going off. You need to flush out the tank and the fuel lines and then put fresh fuel in the tank and fit a new fuel filter or you could be leading yourself on a wild goose chase.
Do you hear the fuel pump running for a second or two when you switch on the ignition? If not then you need to check the fuel pump positive terminal for battery voltage with a volt meter whilst someone switches on the ignition for you, and check the fuel pump negative terminal to ensure it is properly earthed.
If you have a live and an earth at the pump but the pump still isn't running then you need to renew the fuel pump.
If these suggestions don't solve your problem then I'll need to know what size engine is in the car before I advise you further.
Regards
Geordie

there is sensor in distributor called hall sensor ,this generates the pulse for your spark.this is probably faulty.

Things to check if not already done so:
Are you getting fuel up to the engine when the fuel pump is running ?
Is the battery fully charged ?
When the engine is cranking over are you getting at least 9 volts at the coil ?
Are you getting a spark at the plugs ?
Just for a bit of back ground :
Was the car running before this problem or has it been lying up for a while?
