Samantha, You need the VIN and the radio serial number. Take those into a Holden dealer to get the radio code and programming instructions from the dealer. They may want a small fee for the #. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

failed belt tensioner or idler??

Not familiar with vehicle but "rule of thumb". It's usually located under the wiper panel (high up )in the engine compartment and close to the heater motor assy itself . The replacement filter will give you some notion of size and location . Good Luck

just in front of the altenator, there is a 10mm bolt, tighten that and it will tighten the fan belt .
these belts are quite tight, make sure the one you have is the correct length, sometimes the suppliers will send one that is close to the correct size, and is sometimes a few milimeters smaller.

You dont normally have to loosen anything else, but the easiest way is to put the belt on the alternator, tensioner and power steering first, then ease the belt over the ridge of the crankshaft last, one rib at a time, but evenly all the way around the pulley.

The problem here sounds like the door switch, located in the door jam. It is fairly easy to replace, with usually one or two screws holding it to the body. Once removed, you'll see the two wires connecting it to the electrical system. To verify this is the problem, short the two wires together and see if it the problem clears up. If so, replace the switch and enjoy not having a passenger door warning anymore! :)

1. REMOVE THE NARROW TRIM PIECES TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT OF THE RADIO TRIM PANEL.

2.REMOVE THE GLOVE BOX.

3. REMOVE THE KNEE BOLSTER UNDER THE STEERING COLUMN.

4. REMOVE THE I/P CENTER TRIM PANEL. LOOK FOR THE SCREWS ON THE LOWER EDGES OF THE TRIM PANEL. DISCONNECT THE HAZARD SWITCH.

5. REMOVE THE HVAC CONTROL MODULE.

6. REMOVE THE RADIO.

IF YOU ARE REPLACING A STOCK RADIO WITH ANOTHER STOCK RADIO IT MAY HAVE TO BE PROGRAMMED BEFORE IT WILL WORK.

remove screws from dash face, remove dash face. two 10mm bolts hold stereo in place,remove bolts, gently pull stereo out. unplug stereo. install new stereo by reversing the directions

You need to ring the Peugeot Dealers, as I had that problem with my Nissan radio on my Nissan. The dealers were able to immediately provide me with the right code to input and radio has worked no problem since. When I disconnect battery I always need to re-input the same code.
If your Blaupunkt wasn't Manufacturer fitted, then whoever of your previous owners who fitted the stereo would have the code, or have you tried Blaupunkt themselves, don't know if they keep codes?
