Sounds like a dead spark plug or faulty wire, or even out of time. Start with changing plugs. No change, do the wires. No change check the timing belt. It may have jumped a cog. As for the slow to warm up part, the misfire won't help that problem, but you may need to change the thermostat if it doesn't improve once you get it running on all cylinders.
RAISE AND SUPPORT THE VECHICLE SAFELY, REMOVE THE FAN SHROUD.REMOVE THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL AND THE ENGINE UNDER COVER, REMOVE THE LOWER SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER IF NECESSARY,LOOSEN THE ADJUSTING NUT FROM BEHIND THE PUMP PULLEY AND LOOSEN THE PIVOT BOLT. DISCONNECT THE VACUUM HOSES FROM THE AIR CONTROL VALVE, IF EQUIPPED, WITH DRAW THE BELT. ON SOME VECHICLES IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE PULLEY IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE DRIVE BELT.
This is the routing of the serpentine belt for your Camry. #1 is the crankshaft pulley and #2 and #3 are the tensioner setup. The diagram is not very specific, but I would say that the other big pulley is the AC., the one above #1 is the tensioner and the one next to it would be the water pump with the power steering pump being one of the top ones.
it comes with a belt and since it has to be removed in order to replace the water pump,you might as well go ahead and change it while your at it.cost about 25 bucks so it won't break the bank.hope this info helps.take care and good luck, manny
A 6 cylinder is an interference fit engine . Chances are you bent some valves IF the belt slipped.
Mounts usually don't make a vehicle shake as you described.
I believe the milage intervalfor timing belts is every 60 thousand.

its timing belt. This car requires the timing belt to be serviced at every 60k miles. This engine is a non-interference motor, so the engine will not get damaged internally if belt breaks. But other parts externally can become damaged. Also at the same time the timing belt is changed, replace the water pump, idler and tensioner pulleys.

Your engine is not an "interference' engine; your valves will not be damaged if the belt slips a tooth or two. In fact, any Toyota engine with a timing belt is a non-interference engine.
I would purchase a Haynes repair manual for this job the manual is $20.00 and is worth every penny for jobs like this, It would take 300 - 500 words on this forum for me to describe the procedure.
