try this first. the older the car; the more problems the ethanol gas is causing. replace the fuel filter. you'll probably see what you think is dirty gas; it is; in a way. it's the ethanol goop that stays and ruins engines, and fuel systems. install the new filter. add a whole can of SEAFOAM to at least a half tank of premium gas. replace fuel filter before next 500 miles.add can of SEAFOAM every 3000 miles after that, and that will clean the valves, the goop, the carbon and keep your tank and lines free of moisture, It might take afew miles(depending on the clogging), but it should work. I hate ethanol gas.

you appear to have a miss adjusted gear shifter. Reverse probably appears in the park position. If that's the case it's easy to fix; the adjuster is on top of the transaxle casing. the shifter cable will be the biggest one. Hope this helps!

Code 14 is coolant temp sensor too high, and code 15 is too low.
Code 13 is usually a problem with the O2 sensor.
I would want to make sure the coolant system is full of liquid and has no air bubbles. Then check the wiring harness from the temp sensor back to the computer.
You may also want to take a look at the idle air control valve and the throttle body. Most common issues with stalling are a faulty control valve or a dirty throttle body.
