I take off all the the lugs and the tire wont buge
Spray penetrating oil around inner hub and into studs let set for a few minutes hit tire not rim with a mallet from behind than spray wheel again let sit a few minutes and start hitting tire again and rotate a little and keep hitting
Shoot some penetrating oil or WD40 on the center hub of the wheel where it contacts the drum. Let it work for 15 or so minutes then wiggle the wheel off the brake drum

This may sound offbeat, but you may have to kick the heck out of it to get it off the car. Heat can sometimes seize a wheel to the hub, especially combined with exposure to the elements. Or you can hit the tire using a small sledgehammer. Put a piece of 2x4 against the tire (NOT the wheel) and hit that with the hammer. Hit it at different points around the tire and eventually it'll come off.

Wheel is stuck in place, gently tap on inside of rim with hammer or better a rubber mallet. May take some time but should jar it loose.
SOURCE: tire stuck/lug nuts removed
use 3lb sledge on inner edge of rim be careful not to damage rim rubber mallet won't provide enough shock to loosen rust. ps leave one lug nut on so tire won't fly off.
SOURCE: after removing lug nuts to replace tire, the tire
spray around studs with a rust penetrater, such as wd-40.wait awhile.1/2 hour.i have used 4x4 wood poles as prybar to break rims loose. hope this helps hotrod
SOURCE: I have a stuck lug nut through the rim.
try heating up the bolt with a mapp gas torch and using an air gun to remove it otherwise you may have to take it to your local tire shop and spend roughly $30 on having it removed. to install (once the old one is out) just push it in by hand put your new lug nut on and crank down on it till it reaches the end good luck!
