If there is no original remote try to find a switch that may be hidden but accessible from the drivers seat, if the alarm is no longer needed find an auxilliary wire that may be on the battery or the fuse panel, if original there may be a fuse under the hood, pull the fuse and it should disable the alarn system.

You have a low fluid situation, check your fluid level, a bad solenoid, requires a transmission tech to isolate or repair. On rare occasions it could be a bad PCV valve on the transmission or a need for a fluid and filter change. You will notice I said CHANGE. Do not let the shop utilize a back flush type machine to recycle the Transmission fluid. Once you start seeing conditions like this it is a bad idea to use this device plus your vehicle is equipped with a carbon fiber filter and using the back flush system will destroy that filter and your transmission. If the fluid level is good, you will need to take the vehicle to a shop and have the Transmission checked. There is a slim possibility that the Torque converter needs repair but I would bet on a bad Solenoid or Belts needing adjustment.
