If there is no original remote try to find a switch that may be hidden but accessible from the drivers seat, if the alarm is no longer needed find an auxilliary wire that may be on the battery or the fuse panel, if original there may be a fuse under the hood, pull the fuse and it should disable the alarn system.

SOURCE: 300zx auto trans will not shift out of drive goes

You have a low fluid situation, check your fluid level, a bad solenoid, requires a transmission tech to isolate or repair. On rare occasions it could be a bad PCV valve on the transmission or a need for a fluid and filter change. You will notice I said CHANGE. Do not let the shop utilize a back flush type machine to recycle the Transmission fluid. Once you start seeing conditions like this it is a bad idea to use this device plus your vehicle is equipped with a carbon fiber filter and using the back flush system will destroy that filter and your transmission. If the fluid level is good, you will need to take the vehicle to a shop and have the Transmission checked. There is a slim possibility that the Torque converter needs repair but I would bet on a bad Solenoid or Belts needing adjustment.

1988 Nissan 300zx 5 speed clutch peddle does not

Sounds like you have a leak in your clutch master or slave cylinder. I had the same problem. They are not too expensive at kragen or auto zone. The master cylinder is located on the right side of your engine closest to the driver. Open the cap and check if theres fluid. If its low or empty then there might be a leak. The slave cylinder is located on the passenger side under the car bolted to the transmission. That could be leaking or not working properly. I would replace both if you can. Hope this helps.

Where can I find a steering rack for a 1988 Nissan

You should be able to find those parts at the local auto parts store such as autozone or rs strauss. If you can't find the parts there go to your dealers parts department.

Sounds like you got a bad trans. Was it used? Does it have a warranty? Can you shift it with the linkage off? Is everything adjusted correctly?
