Window will not roll up in my pontiac

Based on the brief description, there could be many different causes for this problem. The most common cause would likely be the actuator/motor and not the "button" itself. If you are familiar and comfortable enough to do so...remove the door panel and use a multi-meter to check for voltage to/from the up/down switch, and the actuator/motor. Removing the door panel without damaging the reainers or liner, can be a time consuming and frustrating task. If you have't done this type of work before, at least consult a proffesional familiar with your make/model/year vehicle.
