There are 3 ways, all are manual really, (human done)
1: tank snake oil. chevron works best.
2: fuel rail add, tiny tank kit, works better
3: pro way. seen below. (off car in the ultra sound cleaner)

slam dunk, old post.
pro shop cleaning
is best.
here is why. !
they reverse unltra sound clean them, this cleans the 10 micron screens hidden inside. and cleans the tips like NOTHING ELSE can.
all other ways are very poor.

here is one great example.

I am having to put fuel injector cleaner in at every fillup. This can't be normal can it

James not normal, maybe every 5000 miles, Try using a different stations gas, or better gas grade. If still having a problem, have injectors cleaned by a technician at a reliable shop.

I have a heavily modified mustang with a a1000 pump I was wondering I wanted to put some fuel injector cleaner in there but I heard good reviews and bad reviews and don't want to mess up my engine

You have a high dollar engine and fuel system. Pull the injectors and have them cleaned. I clean my own injectors. I don't use the stuff the sell at parts stores. Change the fuel filter also. when you do this.

How do I get bad gas out of my nissan maxima????

First get a syphon pump and remove the bad gas. Fill it with better gas and use Lucas fuel injection cleaner. Hopefully it has not done too much damage to injectors etc. I would then repeat this process with good gas and the additive a few times to clean up that fuel system. It only takes a grain of sand to ruin an injector. If by the way an injector was to be ruined you only need to change the one,not all of them. The other option involves removing the gas tank and having it cleaned. But that`s extreme.

Its very slow when going up hills and u can see the speed slowing down

have you in the past put injector cleaner into your gasoline tank yet ? If you have not that your injectors can cause this by they becoming clogged by impurities with the 87 octane gasoline so put injector cleaner into gas tank and drive like 5 miles about so the cleaner cleans the injectors.

The car is a 2002 and has 190k miles it seems to be machine gun ******* per say when i try to accelerate almost as though the gas is not getting where it has to go to accelerate. However it gets a little...

Have you at all put in your gas tank injector cleaner first because injector cleaner helps in unclogging the inputs of the injectors. The 87 octane lead gasoline has impurities that will clog your injectors so you have to periodically put the injector cleaner in the gas tank. If the injectors are only injecting like 50 percent and not the 100 percent would cause this problem so start by putting this into tank one bottle of injector cleaner.

Mazda 2002 tribute just wont start was running good put new gas cap in whats my problem please

Hello there :
I would say the most common problem is a clogged fuel filter. Make sure you follow your manufacturers recommendations as to when you should change the fuel filter. This information should be in your owners manual. Symptoms include sputtering at high speeds or engine not starting at all. Always check the ignition system first, if that's ok then the next suspect is the fuel filter.
Next most common problem is the fuel pump failing. Most modern electric fuel pumps can be heard when you turn the key on. If you don't hear the pump running and your car will not start, it could be your fuel pump. The first thing a mechanic will check is the relay which sends power to the pump. If this is operating correctly then the pump will have to be replaced.
Last but not least is dirty injectors. While the fuel filter does a good job of filtering the fuel, it's not perfect. Over time deposits and tiny particles lodge themselves in the injectors. This can clog and injector and prevent it from delivering the fuel the engine needs. It can also cause an injector to stick open and send too much fuel into the engine. A regular addition of fuel system cleaner like STP Injector Cleaner, or Techtron fuel system cleaner can help keep your injectors clean. Most gas stations, department stores and all automotive parts stores will have a good cleaner available. Add it to your empty tank right before you fill up and it will clean as you drive. I recommend doing this every 3 months to keep your injectors performing like new. Mechanics also offer a cleaning service where they actually disconnect the fuel line and flush cleaner through the engine. This is only necessary when you let your injectors get to a point where they can not be cleaned by a store-bought product. Regular use of a good in-tank cleaner will keep you from having to pay for this service. Where do you buy your gas?
Believe it, or not, it can make a difference. Always buy from a well know national brand service station. Gas stations which are not affiliated with one brand of gas tend to get whatever is left at the end of the day from the delivery truck. One day them might get Texaco, and Exxon another. Also water mixed with gas will cause problems with your engine. The engine will not run right, plus the water will promote rust in the fuel system. I have experienced this when I purchased gas at some no-name gas stations. Your car will feel sluggish and sometimes refuse to run if there is enough water in the gas.
Octane rating tip !!!!
Putting super in the tank will not get you any more performance or gas mileage unless specifically recommended by your cars manufacturer. If your owners manual says put in 87 octane...... DO IT. You are throwing money out the window if you are filling up on Super or Premium and you only need Regular.
Hope this is very helpful for you '
Best regards Michael

How do I remove and clean the fuel injectors?

The easiest way is to put a cleaner solution in the fuel tank, this will run though the whole fuel system and clean the injectors and lines.
It may smoke a little for a few miles or so, depending on what fuel to cleaner ratio you use, but follow the makers instructions.
