SOURCE: how can i locate starter 09 civic?

easiest way is look in manual, if you do not have one, then trace the heavy electric cable from the positive side of the battery down till it attaches to a can sized object attached to the transmission. If removing make sure you disconect the battery.

Where i can find the starter for honda civic dx 2008?

The starter should be located on the left side of the engine. That is the side nearest the front of the car. Typically the transaxle spans a portion of the right side of the engine. You may also find related info on tha Autozone website. Enter your vehicle info then go to "view job diagram" on the right side of the page.

I have a 1993 honda civic with a bad starter. I can't locate the starter.

The starter is on the back side of the engine, down low, goes into the transmission bell housing. You will need to jack the car up to replace it or work on it. Make sure u use proper safety jack stands while it in the aur.
