Question about 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport
HAD A FLAT BATTERY ON MY 06 RR SPORT SE AND NOW WHEN I SELECT REVERSE I GET THE SHORT SINGLE BEEP FOLLOWED BY A CONTINUOS BEEP, AS THOUGH THE SENSORS ARE DETECTING SOMETHING CLOSE, TRIED CLEANING THEM BUT NO DIFFERENT. ANY IDEAS?.

good chance broken line going to that cylinder. it is still pushing air but just not making it all the way there look at the bleeder valve or the fill valve get spray bottle with soapy water spray suspension in the area of the valve look for bubbles.

Bring your vehicle to an auto parts or battery store. Ask if they could perform a 'Load Check' on your battery. This not only checks the voltage, but also the amps, as if it were under the load of turning your engine.
It takes a few seconds and the results are pass or fail. Fail means it's time for a new battery. Pass means we need to look elsewhere.

Is there three plastic caps about where the bolts re or does it have the little plastic trinagle cover over the corner of the mirror?

Check all electrical conections. If they are good then it is probably the switch itself.
