try to replace the flasher. it is round and has either two or three prongs on it. it should be by the fuse box.

Sounds like the solenoid not grounded if you try to start and all it does is click then the solenoid is not grounded and if it's built on to the starter which it might be you might have to replace the starter. Try cleaning the wires going to the starter before you buy a new they may be corroded.

Go get the battery and alternator tested for free at the auto parts store.  For some reason the alternator isn't charging the battery while your driving.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

SOURCE: Sometimes when I start my 2009 Dodge Avenger the audio controls do not work. The touch screen is working fine but the volume wont go up or down and nothing will play out of the speakers.

Sounds like the audio/stereo unit is (going) bad.Take it back to the dealer - should still be under warranty.
