Well when i cut it all the way down and forget about it, and go to turn it back up it want say anything for about three days to a week.
I do not know this vehicle, however most late model motor cars have a security system which is wired through the radio. May I suggest you try this (I presume you have read the owners manual) remove the fuses as there can be 2-3 on some vehicles. Let it rest for about 20 minutes, refit the fuses, then you will need to re-fit the security code. This is usually done with the drivers door lock, the owners manual should have the code in near the front of the literature. Failing all the above, email the manufacturer with the VIN Number of your vehicle and they will help you solve the problem. Also if you do not have an owners handbook, get one before trying the above.

If this is an aftermarket radio, it may have an in-line fuse in the wiring of the set. If you know how to remove the radio from the dash, carefully pull it forward and watch behind it for the inevitable cable mess. The in-line fuse holder will be ~ 2-21/2" long and ~ 1/2" in diameter and will split in the middle of its length by twisting the two halves. It may also be accessible under the dashboard without removing the radio itself but look for the type of fuse holder described above.
