The passenger fender is dented near the door causing the door to be unable to open fully. Is there a way to access the area and pound it out or how do I remove the fender?
You can take out the inter wheel well fender or guard I forgot what they call it. remove the tire and you can get to the bolts a lot easier. when you take out the inter fender you may be able to get to the dent from the fender wheel well. if not and you need to remove the fender you will find bolts under the hood along the top of the finder edge. there is one under the cow as well right close to where the fender connects to the suv by front door. you will also find bolts that hold it to the front bumper I believe. you might have to look around to see if there is more. I just replaced my fender on my 2003 expedition about a month ago. you can get them on line for about $75. also I just remembered there are like 3 bolts that you can get to right by the front door running down to the trim piece on the bottom of fender. good luck

SOURCE: How do you remove the front passenger door panel
Should be 1 screw in the outer side at the top, 2 screws on the very bottom and then there is 2 screws in middle underneath the handle covered by a piece of plastic! Then left up on the panel and it will slide off!

There is a triangular piece, at top corner, covering a screw behind the mirror. Remove that screw. Remove the piece that covers the handle and remove the screw holding the handle to the door. Look through, where door handle was and remove another screw just above where the handle was. This screw is holding the panel to the actual door. Pop the cover off for the automatic door locks and disconnect them. Lift the panel in an upward direction.
