We are having a problem with the computer under the radio saying hatch is open passenger side is open is their a way to reset it ?

You will need to replace the latching mechanism. There is a small access door near bottom of the panel that you can manually actuate the mechanism, but if it was like my experience, the mechanism was frozen and you will have to slide a coat hanger down into the panel from the top and pull the cables

Agree with hribrahim, also to add may be a computer prob. Try unpluging the drivers door controls and then re connecting, this has worked for me in the past.

Try bracing bottom piece of the plastic that surrounds the rear door handle with one hand while at the same time pulling on the rear door handle to try opening the door. Of course you will try this after unlocking the door with the unlock switch or key cylinder.

check under your hood on the drivers side, there should be 1 -2 black box's that have fuses and relays in them, take the covers off, and on the inside of the covers, there should be information explaning what the fuses and relays are for.
