Make sure the plug on the speed sensor has no bent prongs or pulled wires on the harness

abs light on as well? even tho you changed the speed sensor did you clean the contacts really well? i had the same problem i replaced the sensor and nothing.... then found out the contacts were corroded took the sensor back off and cleaned the contacts. works like a charm! try that and let us know if that helps.

check the high pressure return line behind the fuel filter the clamp securing it will vibrate and rub a hole in the line. i was quoted a couple of hundred to replace the line, i put a small piece of fuel line over the hole and secured it with a worm gear clamp. no leaks in over 2 years

If it is not workring at all, including all speeds then i would say blower motor is broke and needs replaced. But first check your fuse panel for a blown fues. It is located under your steering column. Your book will tell you which fuse runs it. Then try unhooking the wire harness from the blower motor so that the motor is not connected to anything. Run a groung wire to the ground side and a hot 12 Positive wire to the other wire and see if it comes on. If it does not then replace it. If it does then you need to look elsewhere.... IE switch, resistor pack relay, or even possibly wiring.
