Have the friont suspension/steering aligned. They will correct the steering wheel mis alignment.. If the wheel is far off center you probably have bent or worn out components in your steering system.. You might want to get a cost estimate to fix it before you spend the money..

How do I remove a steering wheel on a 1967 nova

its not really hard ,remove horn cover and horn assembly you'll see a wire and unplug it and remove 3 screws holding grounding ring, now remove nut holding wheel on , you want to mark it in a way you will know where to aline it when putting it back on ,now use a steering wheel puller with extracting bolts and tighten center bolt to remove wheel that's it.

How do i adjusting steering box 1998 ford ranger

Your steering adjustments are in your tie rod end adjustment. Bring it to an alinment shop and they could straiten your wheel by putting an alinment on it. it is realy difficult to do this if you have not done this you might be able to pull the steering wheel off with the wheels straight and reposition it on the steering spindle you will need a steering wheel puller to do this.

How do you aline your steering wheel.

You'll need to have your front end re-aligned. They will center the steering wheel then. Be sure to tell them that you want it re-centered.

Good Luck.

1999 lhs steering jerks to the left

now is is pulling while you are driving also... like if you remove your hands from the wheel is it pulling left? If so you need a front end alinment... now if it only jerks when you are turning left it could be your steering stablizer bar or your left CV joint because if it seriously damaged it will cause you to steer hard and it could also break in half and you will loose your wheel...

Ive had my tracking done on a hyundia coupe now the steering wheel is not in aline when the wheels are staight, i need to remove steering wheel and reposition it, it as an airbag, can you advise me please...

Why not consult an expert in your location so you would not tamper with the air bag.

But if you feel you can, unbolt the steering wheel, unplug the airbag and count according to specification on the inner side of the steering wheel. Be careful.
