Fixya is a great forum for problems of a general nature but you want specifics and there seem to be a goodly number of Isuzu forums out there. That's where I would be looking for answers to your problem.

SOURCE: i have a 92 don,t know if its the rear end or the front axles.

It sounds like your 4WD front locking hubs maybe sticking on. These were automatic locking hubs for this model. Ensure your out of 4WD and then just quickly reverse for a short distance the quickly go forward for a short distance. Repeat this 2 - 3 times, this should disengage the hubs.
If the noise persist you will have to get them removed and lubricated again. Hope this helps, let me know how you get on.

I am needing to find out which side of my 95 Isuzu trooper is the drive side while in 2 wheel drive.

I think you mean which end is the drive end, front or rear...

Would usually be the rear but just to be sure you can jack up the rear with a trolley jack and with 2-wheel drive selected and the front wheels chocked, gently attempt to drive it forward and see what happens...

Hi, just had rear end collision ( I did the rear ending), in my 03 Jeep Liberty 3.7l. Passenger side bumper vs hitch. Now trans is stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear. It drives but hits 4K RPMs at 50mph.

I have seen this when the engine shifts in the engine bay. When an engine gets out of place the transmission linkage or cable is pulled short changing how the transmission will work.

I have a jeep liberty and it was hit in the front lightly and now it wont start is there any kind of reset or something that would stop it from starting

lightly?seems not...
does it crank robustly or not?
no car starts ,if cranking dies
un less my car, push started or gavity started.
check fuse first. read how to do that? using meter?
then check battery voltage , 12.6v rested.
of ok and lugs clean there
then turn key to on
does the cluster CEL lamp glow, if not fuses did blow.
ok now crank,, does it crank fast?
yes/no>?

i once was rear ended with fast sally mustang (texting sure)
huge plastic front end, on this car, 50mph hit
me, not so good
her car looked ok, the plastic bs popped back looking ok!
but if you pop the hood, it was wreck inside. as expected.
so lightly has degrees, as does all damage.

My fiat ulysee wont start

Check to see if your vehicle has an fuel inertia switch. During any impact on a vehicle, the inertia switch shuts the fuel system down until the switch is reset. But if it is damaged, you should replace it

I have a daewoo nabira 2000 lately i have had a problem, when i turn hard left the car wants to keep going around to left, the steering wheel doe'snt come back by itself and manually have steer it...

  • You need to jack the front end up and inspect it. You have something hanging up. A tie rod might be sticking/grabbing on something. Check the stabilizer bar good too. When you have the front end up grab the tie rod and move it from one side to other and check for any sloppy play. Make sure to have the vehicle secured with bricks behind the rear wheels and the entire front end on jack stands when doing this for safety purposes and also so someone can turn the steering wheel while you inspect things. You have a hangup, front end damage you can't see or the power steering is going out. Having the problem focused during turning one direction only I am thinking it's a hang up. Keep me up to sped on your progress so I can further assist.

Break lights wont turn off until the battery is disonected..... rear ended someone not to much damage (hood and "gill" part...... ) engine compartment seems intact.

Hi!

I think before you had hit the car in front of you, You did push the brakes too hard and that might make the Brake light switch stick and the lights will stay on soon as the battery is reconnected. So check the brake light switch which should be under your brake pedal. Good luck

It turns over but wont start

that it's called constant control relay module. look for a loose ground. also there's a fuel pump shut off switch that goes off if impact occurs u can buy a repair manual that tells u exactly where u can locate this part. write back if u have questions.

No!!! Do not tow.
Unless it is a very, very short distance...do not tow. Are there lock out hubs on front? If yes, unlock them, and then remove the rear drive shaft from the rear end. If you can unlock the front hubs, then this will prevent the front differential from turning the front drive shaft to the transfer case. Then you can disconnect the rear drive shaft, and hang it somehow up high against the body so that it will NOT be HIT by the spinning connector yoke on the rear end. Leaving the drive shaft in the transfer case will prevent the loss of oil. BUT......It is critical that it completely clears the spinning yoke on the rear end... or else it will be damaged and may damage other things also. It is also important to remember that as you tow, the vehicle bounces up and down, so there needs to be several inches of clearance between the drive shaft and the connector yoke on the rear end. . If you do not have lock out hubs in the front, then disconnect the front shaft from the front end and hang it also. Use PB Blaster or similar oil to ease the process. If towing on a tow dolly, then you need to only remove the rear shaft. Be careful and make sure that whatever you use to hang the shaft is sturdy.
