Possibly a bad CV joint or wheel bearing. Have it checked out by a mechanic, you don't want to be out on the road if either of these fails completely.

If the roaring sound get louder at highway speeds try veering side to side in your lane safely of course to see if the roar noise changes, this would indicate a hub & wheel bearing assembly issue and would need to be replaced.

Roar on the right side

Its probably the left side, not only because you replaced the right side, but because it changes on right turns.
When you go into a right turn, the bearings on the left side are under more pressure and torque.
The front hub bearing goes bad more often than the axle bearing, so I would expect it to be the left front.

Honda accord roar, in the front end ,when driving and clickg as i turn sharp

It sounds like you have a bad CV axle, that is the clicking/popping sound you are hearing when you turn, and a bad wheel bearing, that is the roaring sound that you are hearing.

Roaring is heard from front end when going speed

I have a 98 Ponitac Grand Prix GT. Soon as you start going it starts roaring. Gets loader the faster you go till 70 mph. When I am turning to the right a little while going 60 mph the sounds quiets down. Only to the right. I have replaced both wheel bearings, got brand new tires, new brakes. Didnt stop the roaring. Would it be cv axles, rack & pinion, transmission, etc?

Roar from front above 20 mph

Have you checked the wheel bearings in the front, there may be a possibility that the bad cv axle may have caused premature bearing failure and thats where you noise is coming from. Hope this helps.
