My 2010 Jeep Wrangler sport 3.8L engine constantly pings on acceleration or if there is any load on the engine. I think it has something to do with throttle body. Not sure what the issue is.

Try using a higher quality fuel use 93/91 and use the fuel for 2 tank fill's also add a bottle of sea-foam to the tank for the two times you filled with the higher quality fuel. Most likely it's the ethanol in the fuel slowly clogging you're injector's as well carbon build up. The sea-foam will help with this.

Tail lights not working but the brake and turn signal works

no year, ? check the haz fuse. at left knee.? a wild guess. no year.
parking lights, the work on the front and rear. not just tail.
the parking lights and brake and turn all are controlled by the hazard module. and on jeeps , turns and brakes are a shared resource (blubs)

Where Is the fuel filter on my 93 jeep Cherokee

your primary is in the tank connected to the fuel pump(but usually doesnt need change unless something goes wrong and u need to change your pump.)your 2ndary filter is on the frame rail on the drivers side, just above the rear tire. Two hose clamps and a 11mm bolt on the fuel filter strap.Remember to relieve the fuel pressure from the tank and test port on the fuel rail that connects the the injectors.

My jeep won't start

If the engine turns over then your battery is good. And yes the fuel pump is in the fuel tank. You will need to drain as much fuel as you can from the tank. Then remove the filler line to the tank and then drop the tank to the ground and remove the ring at the top of the tank to remove the fuel pump. This is a very common problem with the jeeps.
