yes sure You cannot repair transmission speed sensors; they always need to be replaced. it's unsafe and could lead to damage to other parts of your vehicle. If you notice faulty transmission sensor signs, get your vehicle checked by mechanic

it takes 5.5 L for engine and filter,
To drain the engine oil you have to remove the under engine cover to reach the drain plug.

Engine compartment (left side), fuse #1 and #6. In MB cigar lighter only works when key is on.

I think you have a W211 if it's a sedan. W210 only goes thru 2002.

Also check the lighter filament. It may just be burned out.

hi there, sadly there is no solution for this problem and is very common on the e-class as mine does it aswell. There was a big recall on the sbc units on the early w211 model up to 05 i think. The good news is that there is a 10 year warranty unlimited milage, so take it to the local dealer incase it might be faulty.
