Wont let jeep start up
I've actually have the same issue with my 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. it doesn't always work correctly. such as the case where the person said that it wouldn't start this is true sometimes it won't let you start at all sometimes you can start it and it dies it acts different because it's an old system. now I got in aftermarket alarm system installed in it too so I had double the fun. I basically disconnected my factory alarm it took some trying and resisted me but once I disconnected the battery few times and kind of let it do its thing I don't have that issue anymore. now try this at your own risk, because I don't know about your specific electrical issues. If you go under your dash and the driver side immediately look left behind this plastic panel there is a little purple box about 3 by 3 that's connected by a series of wires you just unclasp that bundle off of it and pull it off. Like I said it didn't want to start at first and the lights were blinking but I gave it a minute and now I have zero issues with the factory alarm giving me the issues like it used too good luck
So all 3 FOBs are dead? is that it??????
so the which part of the system is failing
the ASD relay cuts starts, 7 ways, one is security. called VTSS.
i guess the security light is telling you, that it is not happy? in the dash cluster, is that it?

endless post. on topic. read it, try it.
better yet, diagnose it.
scan the PCM to find out why the ASD relay drops out
does it? that is the first test in all, no starter.

if the battery is discharged, bad things happen as the security logic
goes nuts. (the chips dont yet run on "free energy" )

under the vehicle...mounted close to the front of the fuel tank...be sure to release the fuel pressure before you disconnect any line..you can do that by removing the fuel pump relay and cranking the engine

SOURCE: how do i override/reset anti theft system?
this does not sound like an antitheft problem. the SKIS systems in the jeeps will allow the truck to start, but it will turn off again after 5 seconds.
FYI if your jeep key is gray, it has the SKIS system. if it is a black key, it does not.
have you already done diagnostics for a no start? if you are lacking fuel or spark, you need to look elsewhere for the problem if it does not start at all. good luck!

I suggest check the procedure for antitheft system in this link: Jeep-Grad-Cherokee-Anti-Theft-System
