My 2000 Volkswagen Jetta is making an annoying beeping noise constantly, and it won't stop either. I had put oil and wind shield wiper fluid in it and it still hasn't stopped. But every time I come close to stopping or at a complete stop, the beeping noise stops. I've also opened my fuse box a and a fuse fell out. I don't know if it was supposed to be in there or not. What does that beeping noise mean?

SOURCE: wind shield wipers just stopped working

ahhhh ya there is

GOOD LUCK ON THE RELAY, THERE ISN'T ONE, IT IS PART OF THE GEM MODULE, AKA LIGHTING CONTROL MODULE.

Hummmm, so you replaced the wiper motor with a new one, and also the "multi function" switch….the black or chrome lever that operates the wipers and the turn signals…correct? That lever/switch is the most common failure for this problem that I have seen.
If you have replaced both of those, have your mechanic check to see if you have an "intermittent wiper governor". This part is about half the size of a cigarette box and just plugs into the wire harness for the wipers. Look under the left knee area of the driver side dashboard and follow the wire harness from the steering column going to the wiper motor. There should be this box plugged into the wire harness within that section of wires.
Some models had this governor, some do not….so you will have to check to see if yours is equipped with it or not. Your mechanic should be able to tell you this. We have replaced a few of these governors over the years, usually for the intermittent part of the wiper not working…but it COULD be the problem in this case

5-spdt M/T. Why has it stopped shifting into reverse?

Firstly check if you have gearbox oil in it seldomly so happens that a gearbox makes a noise but when it does make a kind of winding noise the gear inside the box has gotten damaged. Sometimes when lucky if you add gearbox oil the noise goes away.

Washer fluid is probably frozen, have you checked the fuse for the wipers? There should be an overload protection in case the blades stick

I have 96 vw jetta gl 5speed... just got a month ago. needs muffler & wipers dont work. appears fine otherwise UNTIL I go above 45 (2200 rpms) then the oil light flashes and there's a horrible...

That would be the high speed oil pressure sensor telling you there is a problem with your oil pressure.Your computer is reading insufficient oil pressure to maintain engine integrity above 2000RPM.
There are 2 oil sending units mounted on top of the oil filter housing. I don't have wiring for your year so I can't tell you for sure, but on my 1992 they are brown ( low pressure) and white (high pressure). Check the wiring carefully for cracks or bare spots in the insulation and fix any you find. Also make sure the wiring is good at the plug-ins. VW wiring won't tolerate cracks and often will break right where it meets the plug-in. Also if you have recently moved these wires you may have plugged them in wrong. I would most definately get the pressure checked with a mechanical oil pressure guage to be sure of the pressure. If it's good, 29 PSI at 2000 RPM then I would be looking at a bad sending unit. Hope this helps.

I would suggest putting new wiper blades on it or failing that have the screen cleaned as sometimes the cleaning stuff the valeters use can cause this annoying problem
Hope this helps

Cannot get the wind shield wiper motor back in the wind shield wiper stops in the middle of the wind shield

this is normally caused by a bad wiper motor or binding of the wiper gears and linkage arms.
check to see if the linkage arms are tight and not loose. also try and lube up the pivot points.
another thing to check is to make sure you have 12 volts to the heater.
