The two filters are located behind your glove compartment, you have to remove the glove box and you'll find them.

you need to get behindnd the glove box and you will see a little black cover you need to remove ..should be 2 little plastic spring tabs on each side you push in ,hold and then pull out the tray which houses the cabin filter.

The advise by Techbuster was a bit off. The '09 is a bit different than the earlier models. To change the filter, pull the center divider in the glove box straight forward. The cabin filter housing in immediately behind it. Push the two clips on the outer edges inward and slide the tray out. Replace the filter, reinsert the tray, replace the center divider.

For the fuel filter: Many Acura models are equipped with a theft deterrent audio system. Make sure you have the necessary code before disconnecting the battery. On 2.2L and 3.0L engines you may have to remove the engine wire harness bracket and power steering feed hose clamp. A through cleaning of the high pressure hoses is recommended before installation. To install: On 2.2L and 3.0L engines you may have to reconnect the engine wire harness bracket and power steering feed hose clamp.

I was recently changed the cabin filter on my TL 04, i don't think it necessary, it is more like optional but if you change filter for your engine, why not change the air you breathe inside the car. After i change my cabin filter i noticed more air are been circulate through out and also fresher than before. the price for a cabin fiter is also relatively cheap less than $10. took me 15 mins to do it. check it out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQsDxqxyeqM
