Honda crv reversing camera not working how can i check it

Do you see anything on the screen? Does the screen switch to display the camera and just comes up blank? Is there any message?
It's possibly a broken wire. You would have to access the wiring to check for voltage at the camera.
Make sure your backup lights come on when in reverse. Some systems often use the voltage to the backup lights to activate the camera. If the switch is messed up and the lights don't come on, it might be the problem.

Possible reverse light switch problem or relay. The switch is more common to fail. It is located on top of the transmission and the air filter box assembly will usually have to be removes for access to the switch

Where is the reverse light switch located on a 2002 Jaguar x type 2.1L Automatic

Not sure of the exact location but it IS on the transmission. It is a two-wire connector and has a very high probability of having a black plastic connector socket on the switch itself.

My 2011 Kia Sportage Manual Reverse Light & Sensors Only Work In Certain Position On Gearstick If I Wiggle Gearlever In Reverse Position

It sounds like the switch, that activates the light and sensors has either become loose, or there is bad connection coming from it. Maybe you can access them from inside the vehicle, by lifting the gear shift gaiter up, or it is only accessible from underneath the vehicle.

Reverse light switch position

Remove air box, locate the shifter cables coming in to the top of your transmission, Right in between the two cables kind of hiding under the piece the cable attach to is where the switch is located. You should be able to see a wire heading into that area. Mine was fairly dirty and hard to spot. I found it much easier to put the car in first gear as it provided the best access to the whole area, its right in under here:

2005 Pathfinder no reverse lights

On the side of your transmission will be a switch with several wires coming out of it. This is your reverse switch that turns on your reverse lights and most likely needs to be replaced

When I shift to Reverse my reverse lights wont work.

Buy a auto repair manual for your respective truck, or go to the Nissan dealer and ask a tech to show you where the actuator switch is located, and replace that switch. That is the only thing left to replace. That should fix it. Also you could use an Ohm meter to check the switch to see if it is bad. Also check for a broken wire when you remove the actuator switch.
Good Luck!

Reverse lights do not work

Yes, there is a back up light switch, usually located at the shifter (in console). You can ask at parts store for exact location, they should have access to that info.
