SOURCE: 2003 ford van e350 rear air vent is not blowing
Try this article. I have the same problem and I think it is the vacuum motor that controls the door for changing from hot/cold in the rear heater box (located inside behind the L rear wheel)

SOURCE: 2007 ford e350 van, reverse lights wont work
On the side of your transmission will be a switch with several wires coming out of it. This is your reverse switch that turns on your reverse lights and most likely needs to be replaced
SOURCE: I am trying to change the plugs on 2003 E350 Ford van
The plugs are under the coil packs. Not like the old days, one coil, each cyclinder has a coil.Kind of a pain in the a##.Take the dog house off inside the van.Remove air cleaner box air filter. These plugs are not cheep and should last close to 100,000 miles.IF you have a miss fire its more than likely one of the coil packs are bad or a plug has blowen out of the head common problem with 5.7 ford Pull one wire off at atime and you will find the dead hole.Theres a fix for the plug blown out A good parts store or ford parts can help.
SOURCE: can't find fuel filter on 2004 ford e350 van
the fliter is rite before the rear driver wheel. u will need a disconnecting tool to remove the line from the filter. ten min job the most. make sure to have a old rag to catch the run away fuel or just remove the fuel pump relay, crank the van and let it run until it dies then removr the lines.make sure to put the new filter on the rite way
