Question about 2004 Lexus ES 330
The battery is good check the fuel is good could it be started?
Could be a few things, anti theft system faulted and won't let you start. Or it could be a faulty starter ignition switch or solenoid. Good luck?

SOURCE: Fuel Pump 1999 Lexus LX470
HI, i would check the fuse. it could be almost cooked and half able at this point. I would also check the fuel pump relays voltage as well. if the voltage at the relay is the same, the ground may be corroded or broken.
In this case, pull the connector apart and look for corrosion(green goo) and clean it with electrical contact cleaner. If none found, check continuity of the ground wire.
If the ground is ok, replace the pump.
