You are in luck if you take the vin number of the vehicle with proof of ownership to the dealer they can cut the key for that vehicle however they may only cut keys so many years back not sure but if that happens the camaro ignition in that year is fairly easy to change but try the dealer first have a wonderful day
Real simple raise the car in the rear the fuel filter is under the car by the gas tank you should need a 5/8 and a 13/16 wrench and a 10mm or 1/2 in socket be sure to hold filter to avoid damage to orings on the lines
