under the pass seat ,

it will be at the rear of the engine, passenger side about halfway down the engine block. It is a bit of a pain to get to. I have a 97 lancer (slightly different engine - but too much) and the fuel filter cost about $50 (AUD). Lasts a long time though.

Each plug should be under a coil - you may have to remove a plate in the center of the valve cover to access them.

The ECU should be located under the hood, driver side, front side of strut tower, mounted on inner fenderwell. I hope this helps and good luck.

PCM OR ECU IS LOCATED IN THE RIGHT FRONT CORNER OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.

i think if u open it u p the chip is removable

hi do u hear aclicking nise when turn ingnition on if so try the fuel pump or relay, or short in ecu

problem is in the ignition module.

ok if its stand alone it depends what model you have but it may not have a cold start function
