Sounds like you have a bad component on your drive belt or you need starter shim

SOURCE: high idaling , exhause pipes turning orange red under motor, not converter

Sound as though you have a lean burn condition and this is usually caused from a vacuum leak and that is what I would check for first.What engine is in it?
