Look at what is going on inside of drivers door by pulling window handle to pop door panel so you can see inside.

I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata, all my doors unlock and lock with key and the fob. My issue is my driver side rear passenger door will not open from the inside even though door is unlocked.

Handle broken inside door possibly . Plastic parts . Happens on all make an model vehicles . Most of the time driver door handle goes first , used the most .

Why will my drivers door not open, even though it locks and unlocks with key fob.

Sounds like the activator rod that goes from the door Handle to the latch is disconnected. You will have to get the door open to repair it and a good mechanic or tow truck driver can use a slim Jim kit to get the latch to release and then you can pull the door panel and find the problem.

Doors not opening even if they are unlocked

My 2009 Sebring does the same thing occasionally but only the drivers door gets stuck (dead locked - even though the locks appear to pop up).
The solution I have found once this happens is:
1) The car needs to be driven (crawl in thru the passenger door) -even just a short distance
2) Engine shut off & doors locked with remote (after you've exited from the passenger door of course)
3) Leave turned off for 10 minutes
4) Doors will now open when unlocked with the remote

The driver side door locks and unlocks but it wont open at all

Looks like the lock itself has a problem in this that's why it wont open or there's something that makes the door stuck even though you lock/unlock it, It's best to replace the side door lock immediately. or better check if there's any elements that are inside the side door that makes the door jammed.

94 Chevy Camaro-won't start

I would say you would have to take off the inside door panel and remove the mechanism and security switch to see why it is jammed in a locked position, even though you have unlocked the door the electric switch {maybe rusted} is still signalling a lock position, the switch may be located on the actual key barrel, but same check to see why its not moving into an unlock position.
hope this helps.
